All of the products delivered to us are thoroughly inspected by our order receiving staff, quality controllers and packers. The temperature of all processed food products is closely monitored as is the temperature in our storage facilities and delivery trucks. We continually take samples and analyze our sliced/chopped products and other products on our production lines. All members of our production staff undergo basic hygiene training annually.
By maintaining the proper competence in every aspect of the flow of goods we see to it that our customers have the products they want and need delivered on time.
In 2006 we installed a reserve power system. This means that our production will never be interrupted by an electrical outage. Our customers can feel secure in the fact that their quality goods will always be produced and delivered according to their demands.
